Every exercise in your programme will include a private tutorial video from me talking you through how to lift like an expert. In my personal training sessions, every workout is tailored to your unique goals and fitness level. I’ll provide expert guidance and constant feedback, ensuring you're using the correct form to maximize every movement. You'll be challenged and pushed to exceed your limits with every set, helping you achieve your best results. Personal training sessions are held at Anytime Fitness, 182 Allerton Rd, Liverpool L18 5HU.

From £70 a month

This is the complete comprehensive package to get you to reach your gym goals. This package includes everything mentioned in the consultation and training programme as well as a personalised diet plan, calorie and macro goals, weekly check-ins, and 24/7 support. I also provide weekly updates to your training programme including weight and rep goals for every exercise.
